Pirate Treasure!

I'm setting up Lemax's Pirate village this year for Halloween. Since there is a new ship and some tables pieces out this year I'm adding a section to the Barnackle Bay set.

 I made some treasure piles for a cave room like in the Disney ride Pirates of the Caribbean.

 I made several out of papermache and jewelry findings.

I just finished my friends treasure I hope he likes them.

Bunnies Have invaded my house!

The village from Goodwill came in today Love the set. it is very detailed and will fit in perfect with my other village set.

Easter Village

I didn't get my Christmas base finished so it is on hold till next year (I'm having sidewalk and road issues!). I don't really do a Valentines display so I'll start on my Easter village. Hopefully with 6 weeks or so to finish I will be able to get a base done. I have a few Easter Bunny village pieces that I have collected along the way from Walgreens and E-bay.

I started setting up the styro for the base I want a three level village. But it still looks too square I think I need to round off some of the edges.
I lucked out on the Goodwill online site and won a bunny village set and a water globe that plays "Here Comes Peter Cottontail" When these pieces come in then I can really start to plan out the base.

I'm also short on static grass so I'll have to wait on it to come in as well. We have no hobby stores here that carry terrain supplies.
